I’m sad to report that Al Nutter, the father of Shannon Smith, our wonderful children’s pastor, passed away last night.  He was a great man with a great laugh that loved people and he will be missed. 

The family will be receiving friends and family for a viewing tomorrow (Thursday) and the funeral will be on Friday.  I’m going to send an email out (and post here) when all the details are confirmed.  We’ll also start coordinating meals and such at that time.
