There are some software programs I just can’t live without so I’ve decided to list them here on my blog (in no real order).  I hope this list helps you guys somehow.

Anagram:  This cool little gizmo sits in your task tray just waiting to save the day.  What does it do?  Well, it grabs data and converts it into a useful Outlook item.  I know that doesn’t sound too cool but once you see it in action you’ll be amazed that you ever lived without it.  For example, if someone emails you and you want to add them to your contact list in Outlook, you simply select all of the signature info (name, address, phone, fax, email, etc.) and activate Anagram.  It uses it’s magical ways and creates an Outlook contact with everything in the right fields for you. 

It creates calendar events too.  Just select some event text like a date and time off a website or a your flight reservation info and anagram will put it on your calendar for you.  It’s great.
