One Day at a Time

My message today was on worry. One of my points was from the following verse.

So don’t worry about tomorrow. God will take care of your tomorrow too. Live one day at a time. Matthew 6:34 (Living)

I made a joke about how that verse always reminds me of the Cristy Lane song “One Day at a Time” and then I mentioned the “fact” that I had a music ministry before I started preaching and I had actually recorded this song myself. I then showed this video as proof.

Honestly, this is one of the strangest things we’ve ever done but I think it helped drive the point home about taking life one day at a time. What do you think?
