Pain

I’ve done something to my back and I can hardly move.  I’m walking around the office like a 90 year old.  I think my staff is going to have to buy me a walker or something if this keeps up.

    SO SORRY TO HEAR ABOUT YOUR BACK. I WAS NEVER SYMPATHETIC UNTIL I HURT MINE!!!! I KNOW EVERYONE HAS ADVICE BUT I CAN TELL YOU IF IT IS A MUSCLE (SOUNDS LIKE IT IS )THAT ICE, 15 MINUTES PER HOUR IS THE BEST HEALER. YOU BODY WILL ATTACT THE COLD AREA WITH ITS HEALING POWER. I’LL BE PRAYING FOR YOU!

    I’ll trade you one broken ankle with 6 screws and 2 pins for a hurt back? NO? How about the opposit sprained ankle and tennis elbow ? NO? Hey I hit 50 and it’s all falling apart. LOL I am really blessed to be able to walk even if it is in a hunched over position. LOL Kathy
