Most of the time my blog is just a place for me to post my random thoughts about stuff but lately I’ve been thinking about how I could use it more effectively to serve others. Perhaps you could unpackage some of your staffing structure and ministry systems (policies, procedures etc) – how does your church work. i.e. what do you do for evangelism, assimilation, discipleship etc…
