I'm sorry you found Central Desktop Slow and Clunky.  We have thousands of happy paying customers so I have to say that you are in the minority. If there is anything we can do to troubleshoot the performance issues let us know.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;That being said, our product is geared towards Teams and Workgroups - not really personal productivity and personal task management.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Of what I've seen out there, I think &lt;a href="http://todoist.com/" rel="nofollow"&gt;http://todoist.com/&lt;/a&gt; have created a good Task Centric Solution.  Check them out. &lt;/p&gt;
