I had the opportunity to try out ooVoo with my staff while on the road last week.  OoVoo is a free video conferencing solution that’s still in beta but it works very nicely.  It’s sort of like iChat for those of us that don’t own Macs.  (There’s a mac version too, btw.)  Check it out.
