I haven’t been posting much this week because I’ve been sick as a dog but even though I’ve been under the weather I’m still pumped about this weekend. We are going to be finishing up the Presence series and I’m telling you that it’s going to be great. In a lot of ways the whole series has been building up to this weekend. Don’t miss it!
Where does the saying “Sick as a dog” come from? Have you ever really seen a sick Dog? Do dogs get sick,,,like colds, flu, etc? I don’t think they do. My brother who’s a vet told me that illnesses don’t “jump” species, so if your dog is sick, fortunately, you won’t catch it and vice versa. So technically you can’t be sick as a dog because you can’t “get” whatever illnesses dogs have.
Hum…I think I’ve watched one too many sponge bob video’s the last several days. Need to get out and speak to adults.
Ps my real reason for writing was to say, sorry you are under the weather!!!! Under the weather? …don’t get me started.
