I just want to remind all you folks that we’re having a newcomers lunch this Sunday after the service. If you’re new to Fusion, this an outstanding way to learn a little more about the church and meet the staff. You’ll also get to meet me! Well, nothing’s perfect. Seriously though, it gives me a chance to meet you and answer any questions you might have.
We still have some seats available. If you’re interested, please contact Sheryl at Sheryl@createfusion.com. The lunch is free and childcare is provided. Don’t miss out!
I’m currently in the van with my wonderful family somewhere near Tifton, Georgia. We’re on our way to see Amy’s folks and Disney World.
Honestly, it’s sort of a weird time for me to be getting away but we put this on the calendar a long time ago and there’s never a good time to go. Regardless, I’m looking forward to spending some quality time with my family.
I’m not sure how much I’ll be blogging but I’m sure I’ll post some pictures along the way.
BTW, I’m flying back Saturday so that I can teach this weekend. We’re starting a new series and it’s going to be awesome!!
I know that I always say this but it’s true. I’m really excited about this Sunday. We’re wrapping up the “You Don’t Have What It Takes” series and it’s going to be flat out amazing. I know that God is going to set some people free during the service!!
The band also is opening the service with one of my favorite songs and they’re doing it in a very unique way. Trust me. You don’t want to miss the first five minutes of the service.
See you there!
I didn’t really think anyone had taken any pictures of my juggling during the service on January 4th but I was wrong. I just got these shots from Angie Hipps and I thought you all might like to see them. I know that is just looks like I was standing there but, trust me, I did actually throw the clubs around with the guy. Well, sort of. :) Enjoy!

(Thanks, Davis and Angie, for sending these to me.)
As I look back, I think it’s safe to say that God used direct mail in a major way to establish our church. In other words, we mailed a lot of postcards and learned a lot along the way. With that in mind, I’d like to share some things that we learned…
