Sunday Stuff 01-10-2010

  • What an amazing day at Fusion!
  • It was the complete opposite of the catastrophe that was last weekend!  :)
  • It just felt like family today in a big way at church.  I’m not sure why it felt so much like that but it did.
  • I spoke about our vision as a church for 2010.  I also talked about a lot of our goals for Fusion.
  • Understanding where you’re headed is important in any endeavor but it’s doubly important for churches.
  • Big props to Phil Bentley for getting all our heating units working.  We’ve had some very cold spots in the building but Phil hooked us up!  Thanks, Phil!
  • Friday was Ren Buckland’s birthday.  He’s an amazing friend and I’m so very thankful for him.
  • I’m also so very thankful for our parking team that braves the cold mornings to show the love of Christ!  Awesome job, folks!
  • I’m a bit surprised that I’m excited about Chuck coming back on the air tonight.  It’s quirky but I dig it.
  • Speaking of shows, I saw a preview of Undercover Boss and it looks like something I’m going to really enjoy.
  • In other news, I’m going to be launching a few new projects in the coming weeks.  Stay tuned for that.
  • If you own your own business, I’d like to be praying for you and your business this week.  Please reply and tell me the name of your company and I’ll pray for it/you.
  • I’m thinking about not doing the Sunday Stuff posts anymore.  I’m not sure though.  What do you think?

    Instead of posting a dozen random things I started just focusing on a few things. It has made it less tedious and more of a teaching tool for me.
