Sunday Stuff 02-07-2010

Wow! What a great day we had at Fusion yesterday!
The band rocked. The teams rocked. Most importantly, God showed up and He rocked!
We had great attendance too. The early service was fuller than the late service which is weird for us but I attribute that to folks that wanted to get home early for the Super Bowl.
I must admit that I felt a little silly preaching in a Falcons t-shirt. I was really comfortable though. :)
It was really good to see Stephen Lowe. I’ve missed that dude.
We’ve covered a lot of ground in the Letdown series. I think it helped a lot of folks. I’m sort of sorry to see it end. I’m excited about starting Staying in Love this Sunday though.
My wife is beyond amazing. Seriously, I just don’t think words can express how wonderful she is. I’m a blessed man.
I changed up the look of my blog. Watcha think?
I enjoyed watching the Super Bowl last night. It was a good game.
I also enjoyed watching all the commercials. I liked the Late Show promo with Letterman, Leno and Oprah the best because it genuinely surprised me.
I didn’t enjoy watching The Who at halftime though. That was just sort of sad.
I can already tell that this week is going to be a strange one and that it’s going to be filled with a lot of big decisions. I’d appreciate your prayers for wisdom and guidance.
God is so very good. I’m thankful for His love and kindness.

I liked the look of your other blog a little better because I enjoy seeing the pictures you’ve taken at the top of your blog. = )

I’m so happy that my husband switched out with me (doing sick kid duty) so I could be at the second service. Great message! I’m ashamed to say that I feel like I let myself down a lot. How wonderful it is to know that God’s forgiveness is immediate and without any strings attached.
