Thanks for your response, Bobby. I agree with you 100% about God using us no matter how old we are and that He looks at the totality of our lives.

I don't know if I'm going through a mid life thing or not though. I think I've been this way for about ten years so if it is a mid life crisis then it's a long one. :)

Great article Tony, welcome to the mid life bump in the road (some call it a crisis). Looking back on the decisions we have made is a natural part of this period of life and we always tend to beat ourselves up over it. I think having regrets is a sign of being close to God in that we want to do our best for him and regret not doing more in our past. It also motivates me to do more now and learn from the past to be ready for the future. God can still use an old man like me (he did Abraham and Moses). If we look at our overall life, I believe God will say "Well done good and faithful servant", and at that time, nothing else will matter!

Thank you and the rest of the Fusioneers for an excellent Mother's Day service. It was nice to be honored. That video made me cry. It was precious. It's such an honor to be a mother of a one year old. For four long years Bryan and I couldn't get pregnant. Once we started going to church and trusting God with our infertility issues He answered our prayers. I am thankful everyday for us finding Fusion. It has brought us many wonderful blessings.

Pastor Tony, thank you for an AMAZING Mothers Day service.

The word that kept coming to mind to me yesterday morning was JOY. Everywhere I looked (even in the rain!) I saw JOY. JOY from all those serving, JOY from the photogrphers, JOY in you and in your message, JOY from the band, JOY in the audience who were enjoying your message. JOY from the greeters....The Holy Spirit was there in such a big way yesterday. What a blessing! The weather could have dampened everyone's spirits and what I saw was the opposite. Old Tony, young Tony, high energy Tony, low energy Tony, I am just thankful Tony for your obedience to the Lord day in and day out and for trusting Him with the results....great things are happening in the kinddom (and in Buford!) because of you obedience! I'm honored and OVERJOYED to serve with you and the other amazing people at Fusion!
