I love just about everything that Seth Godin writes.  His books just speak to me in big ways and they always seem to spark all kinds of ideas along the way.  Godin’s latest book, Tribes: We Need You to Lead Us, doesn’t disappoint.

Like his other books, this one centers around a simple premise that has huge implications.  In Tribes, he talks about the power of groups and, more importantly, what it takes to truly lead a group.

Truthfully, I was going to write a much longer review but Perry Noble beat me to it here.  Like Perry, I think this might be one of the best books on leadership I’ve read in a long time.  I highly recommend it.  Check it out.
