More Distractions

The whole thing with Matthew last night and today struck me as simply being more of the same from the enemy.  I’m telling you that it’s raining stuff like that around my house and the office these days but I simply refuse to let it get me off course.

The biggest disappointment of the day for me was that I wasn’t able to make it out to Gary’s church planter roundtable meeting.  I was so pumped about the meeting and I wanted to be there so bad.

I noticed a couple of days ago that lots of little things kept popping up that could keep me from going to the meeting.  I started to see this pattern and I told myself that I wasn’t going to allow anything from keeping me there and that’s when the enemy started picking on my kids.

Anyway, I’m sure everyone had a good time at the meeting and I can’t wait to hear all about it.  (I just hope that I’ll get invited to the next one.)  Most importantly, I had the opportunity to show my wife and kids their importance in my life.

All this again, points to one thing for me…Easter at Mill Creek is going to be rocking this year.  Don’t miss it.
