Jim Collins in his book, Good to Great, has a chapter on the principle of “First Who”.   If you haven’t read that book, stop what you’re doing right now and run to your nearest library or bookstore and steal a copy.  Anyway, I was browsing his website and found this little audio gem about the First Who principle.  Enjoy!
