Great Customer Service

I ordered a cheap little item from Amazon the other day.  When I made the order I didn’t realize that I was actually purchasing the item through another vendor, the Colorado Baggage Company.  I’ve bought lots of stuff through other vendors at Amazon and I don’t give it much thought anymore.  However, when the item arrived a couple of days ago, it had a handwritten note in it thanking me for my business.  That caught my eye and that makes think I will check out their site the next time I need something they might carry.

Customer service works and it doesn’t take that much effort either.

  1. It was a powerful sermon. A real wake up call for me. It taught me not only to be thankful for what I have, but not to be so envious of what appears to be “perfect” on the outside. Thank you Tony for delivering that message.
