We’ve been experiencing a lot of growth in our children’s area recently which is awesome.  Our children’s pastor has also been experiencing some growth because she’s pregnant which is also awesome.  Considering both of those things, we think it’s time to hire someone to come in to do the following…

1.  Help our children’s pastor out during the pregnancy and her maternity leave.

2.  Launch and manage a new ministry within our children’s program aimed specifically at middle schoolers.

3.  Help our children’s pastor take the entire children’s ministry to the next level!
