I’m so tired of meeting guys that think they’re church planters because they’ve read a couple of books and know a little lingo.  Let’s be clear.  Sitting at Starbucks drinking lattes while blogging doesn’t build a church, nor does it make you a church planter.  Neither does going to Catalyst or listening to podcasts. 

Get out there and build your freakin’ church!  Feed the sheep!  Save the lost!  Impact your community!  Engage unchurched people (other than your barista).  Then, and only then, do I want to hear your thoughts on how to build a church.  Otherwise, please just keep your theories to yourself.

Build the church, guys and gals.  Just get busy building the church.  We’ve got enough theorists.  We need laborers.
