As a lot of you already know, I was experiencing some lower back pain a couple of weeks ago.  It eventually got better and I’m thankful for that but this morning I woke up with some upper back pain.  It hurts all the way into my neck.  I can’t look left without a jolt of pain.  Just like before, I don’t know what I did to cause this pain. 

I also hurt my knee somehow this week.  Yikes!  I feel like I’m falling a part.  Is this what it’s like to turn 41?  :)

Anyway, I’d like to ask you guys to be praying for me for this weekend.  It’s a pretty big weekend at Fusion and I want to be able to give it 100%.  Thanks!
