A few years ago I downloaded some real Apple tech support calls. I’m not sure exactly where I got them but I just ran across them again this morning and I thought I’d share them with you folks.
This first one is amazing. It kind of reminds me of some of the folks that would occasionally show up at my old church in Athens. Enjoy!

some friends and i were in san francisco a few years back, and we ended up talking to this guy on the street that sounded a lot like your aforementioned tech customer. he was going on and on about the 7 interstellar galaxies and how the government deceived him and whatnot. my guy had a sign that said, “president clinton is an alien from the dwarf galaxies.” and he was asian. and he smelled like liquor.
