I believe that the two greatest enemies of effective leadership are anger and fear.  Fear will paralyze you or worse make you jump when you should stay put.  Anger will skew your judgment and fuel the worst motives and reactions.  That’s why God tells us to be slow to get angry AND he commands us to be strong and courageous as we lead.
