I’ve been giving a lot of thought to 2010 and what it holds for me. I believe that this year is going to be a big year for me in a lot of ways.
First and foremost, I sense that God is telling me that 2009 was a setup for 2010. I’ll be honest and say that 2009 took a lot out of me. I was a year that had both a lot of highs and a lot of lows. I seemed to be going from one roller coaster to the next nonstop. It just wore me out. I believe, however, that all the energy that got invested in 2009 will start to pay off in 2010 and that’s good news indeed.
I also feel that God is telling me that 2010 is going to be a year of huge transitions and challenges for me. I think He’s saying that I’m going to be stretched like never before. That’s sobering but it’s a good thing to be sure. He’s telling me so other stuff but if I shared that right now you’d all think I’m crazy so I’ll wait on that for now. :)
Beyond all that, I know that 2010 will also be a huge year for relationships. God is pushing me hard to invest more and more energy in some new relationships. It will be interesting to see how that pans out.
In general, I’m hoping to find a lot more balance in my life this year. Last year felt like one very long marathon run without any breaks. This year will hopefully feel more like powerful sprints with times to recharge and refresh in between.

I went through a lot personally with my dad’s sickness and all plus like I mentioned to you before about the “Rubix Cube” for my person 2009 title for an album, it was an interesting year for sure. I know I may be having some heartache in 2010 but I also feel like this is going to be a year of breakthrough for me personally and for my family. Thanks for sharing your thoughts.
