I hate to admit it but I’m now behind on my NT28 reading. My schedule/life got the best of me yesterday and I didn’t get any reading in. Now, the only reason I’m bringing this up is that I know some of you are behind too. SO, what do you do when you get behind? Well, you keep going and you get caught up as soon as you can. Don’t start feeling guilty or weird. Just keep going. Remember, there are grace days every weekend.
I want you to know that I believe in you and I know that you can do it. Don’t quit. You’ll be so glad that you did this when you cross the finish line. Keep going!
I hear you, man. I read for TWO HOURS this morning, and I’m STILL a day behind! But I’m getting closer. If I can keep pace this week, I may be able to catch up by Saturday at least. It is fun, though, and fascinating to read these large chunks. It puts the books in a whole new perspective, in my opinion.

I as well fell behind (I’m not only reading the NT28 plan, but also participating in a Proverbs in 31 days, and the Bible in 90 days…Gives submerse yourself in the Word a new meaning.)
I was behind last week, but caught up over the weekend. What was important to me was to make sure that when I was reading, that I remained focused on what I was reading. If distractions arose, I tried to ignore them. When the distractions continued (hunger, need coffee, attention span going elsewhere), I stopped studying, took care of the distraction, say a brief prayer for focus, and dived back in.
Blessings to all that are participating in this study.

As of about an hour ago (Tuesday, 8:00 pm) I FINALLY got caught up on my reading. I know (for myself at least) that if I let it slip too far, I’ll be inclined to give it up. I’m VERY determined to finish this NT28 no matter what – that’s just my personality. Some days are certainly more difficult than others to do my reading, but it’s not too late to start even if you haven’t read a paragraph yet – GO FOR IT!

I’m definitely behind! Just finished Day 5 – but I’m not giving up! Some days I can read more than others. I’m going to stick with it though until I finish.

It is Sunday 1/24 so I’m behind reading your blogs, obviously! But only one day behind on NT28 and I plan on making that up tonight, after my kids get home, in case they need to make it up too. I’m so proud of them for keeping up with it as well, despite a huge homework load this time of year!
