According to this article, the Geico Cavemen will be getting their own shot at a TV series for ABC. I love the commercials but I’m not sure that they can carry an entire series. (Remember Baby Bob?)
The thing I find really interesting is this quote…
The potential series, one of 14 pilots that will be produced by Touchstone Television this spring, features the cavemen as they "struggle with prejudice on a daily basis as they strive to live the lives of normal thirtysomethings in 2007 Atlanta."
I’m really curious about why the producers decided to set the cavemen in Atlanta of all places. I guess Atlanta is THE place to be these days…even for cavemen.
