Last week, I had the privilege of spending the better part of a day with Gary Lamb and entire staff of Revolution Church.  Gary was kind enough to let me come and hang out as the team went through their day.  I was really eager to see how all the moving parts worked together on an “average” day.

What did a I learn?  Well, I’m still processing all that.  I’ll post more about that later.  I will say, however, I walked away very impressed with Revolution Church…again! 

The truth is that Revolution Church is one great church and Gary Lamb is one outstanding leader.  He’s truly gifted at moving the ball down the field.  He knows how to get things done.  He’s also an outstanding team builder.  Any pastor would kill for the team that God has used Gary to assemble at RC.  I think the whole staff is great!  (I think the world of Tim, Malcolm, Amy, Taylor, and Preston in particular!)  I don’t want to overstate it but I felt like I was watching a great sports team working together and what’s even more exciting is that I truly believe the best is yet to come for Revolution Church. 

I’m so very thankful that the Lord has allowed me to become friends with Gary!  I love that guy and it’s a real blessing to call him friend.  I’m also thankful that God has allowed me to watch Revolution Church from before the very beginning.  I feel in some ways that I’ve been given a front row seat to a move of God.
